VitaSupreme Shipping Policy

At VitaSupreme, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and transparently. Please review the information below to understand how shipping, delivery, and disputes are handled.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if selected)

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier availability.

Tracking information is provided once the order leaves our facility.

Shipping Protection (Optional but Recommended)

To protect against lost, stolen, or damaged packages, customers may optionally add Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout.

  • Orders with shipping protection qualify for faster replacement or refund resolution

  • Orders without shipping protection must be resolved through the shipping carrier’s claims process, which may take 30 days or more

  • Shipping protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped

Signature Delivery (Optional)

Signature Delivery may be added at checkout for additional security. When selected, delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms signature acceptance.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL):

  • VitaSupreme is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement

  • This includes deliveries made to mailboxes, front doors, apartment offices, or reception areas

  • Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery for dispute resolution purposes

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation

  • Claims for lost packages require confirmation that the shipping address was entered correctly at checkout

  • Replacement or refund decisions are made at VitaSupreme’s discretion in accordance with this policy

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship

  • VitaSupreme is not responsible for delivery failures caused by address errors

Refunds & Chargeback Policy Alignment

By placing an order with VitaSupreme, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are governed by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Refunds are issued only after returned products are received and inspected

  • Claims of non-delivery where tracking confirms delivery may not qualify for a refund

  • Chargebacks filed without contacting customer support first may be denied if carrier delivery confirmation is provided

International Shipping

VitaSupreme may ship internationally using DHL where available.

  • International delivery times vary and are not guaranteed

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • International shipments may not qualify for refunds due to customs delays, refusals, or seizures
