 Ingredients:
1 Cup frozen mixed berries
1 Frozen Bananna 
2 Scoops Vita-Whey Protein
3 Medium Kale leaves, stems removed
1/4 Cup skim milk, almond milk or plan yogurt (yogurt makes it thicker)
1/3 Cup chopped ice
Preparation:
