Strawberry Fields Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
3 Cups non-dairy or milk of your choice
2 Cups fresh strawberries
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
1 Peeled orange
2 Tablespoons Agave or 1 Banana
2 Cups Spinach
2 Scoops of Vita-Whey Protein
Preparation:
Wash all produce, Blend in blender, smile and serve.
