I mix Supreme Greens powder with a large bottle of V8 juice. It’s pretty grainy immediately after mixing, but after a few hours, it tastes very good to me. It’s an acquired taste for sure, but I actually look forward to it. I didn’t like their recent addition of a mint flavoring, but time makes that go away as well. Once I had this concoction, I’ve been able to add other supplements such as pea protein and mushroom powders. Sounds weird, I know, but it works for me. I’ve been on a long-term, very successful diet, and this ensures that I get a full complement of nutrients. I use it twice a day, including before dinner. It helps slow down my appetite. I’ve tried other similar supplements, but this is the only one that works for me flavor-wise.
